Added tool to easily find past sessions that are not kept up to date

On the client page you can now add notes to clients. Write down your thoughts about sessions and other things.

Keep track of whatever information you need about your clients. Simply set up the fields in the settings and add the information to your clients.

Cleaned up the layout for coaches. This should make it easier to find the information you need.

New coaches can now create a new organisation

The attendance state is now shown in the calendar. This allows a coach to quickly see which clients are confirmed and where more actions need to be taken.

For each session the attendence of each client can now be tracked. Before a session happens the confirmation of either the client or the coach can be set. If both are confirmed then client is marked as confirmed. After the session has happened the client can be marked as attended.

Instead of just tracking single payments of sessions you can now create packages with a fixed price for multiple sessions. Each sesssion can be payed for either in cash or package usage.

For every session a cash payment can be tracked. Now you can see the total amount of cash payments you have received for each session and client.
